Connected with the world

We like to say, so easily:

We are connected with the world! And we often mean, we have Internet and can connect with people around the world.
But what it also can mean:

Connect from your heart with the earth, with the elements water, earth, fire and air, inside and outside of you.
Connect with all the humans, animals, plants and minerals.
Bow from your heart and you are connected.
