Love !!!

Hide from Tibilisi – a Japanese man who is working at Unicef – where I spent 2 ½ weeks, he wrote to me :

…and never forget to love the people…

About this I was already often thinking. And I was asking myself, do I really love the people…from all my heart ?????

With the mindfulness practice I for sure learnt to see all the positive things people are doing and really appreciating it deeply and I developed a deep gratitude too.

But if I really love the people ???!!! I was not so sure about it.

And so I have continued to practice in Armenie. Not just to love people for their positive sides and to see this sides

but

to just love the people !!!!!!

And I continue to practice – Just to love !!!!

Devotion, surrender

My friend Wiebke was saying for many times thank you for my devotion…

…I am again and again astonished about your meetings with people, to which you are devoting yourself every day

…I am thinking too that your whole way is devotion and willingness

…Devotion is a part of the pilgrimsjob and the daily Being too

And my answer

… a soft inner « Hä » was my reaction. And in the same time you are right. Last night than the conformation. A poor man in a appartment-block with nearly no furnishing. He let me alone in his flat for 3 hours and than  I devoted myself into a warm bed, smelling bad and like poverty – and somehow too without words. …

…slowly I understand this with the devotion, when it becomes difficult I remember it, and it helps…

…You really helped me. Always in the last days when something became difficutl I have rememberd myself to the devotion. Devotion: in the last days I underdstood what it really is (in the way of being it and in the way how it is working)
