Its about the Peacebirdsforsyria \u00a0(facebook) project what i initiate here in Turkey since 3 month.<\/p>\n
Last weekend a lot of things came together or in further motion. Exiting .<\/p>\n
More then 1000 peace birds are done here.<\/p>\n
1000 birds are done in Norway. 500 of them are already here.<\/p>\n
1000 more are started in a school project in US.<\/p>\n
There are more on the way from Philippines, Germany, Greece. …<\/p>\n
There is a interest to do origami birds from Kongo\/Africa<\/p>\n
Finally the first peace birds are on the way to Syria. Until now I mainly distributed peace birds around the atelier\/galery where I coordinate the project.<\/p>\n
More peace birds are on the way to Lebanon now. From there they will be brought into Syria.<\/p>\n
In Lebanon we now have a partner. It’s a peace center and NGO called Relief and Reconciliation. They are sitting in the North and have good connection for people who go back and forth into Syria.<\/p>\n
So from now on peacebirdsforsyria has a contact in Turkey and Lebanon. Woua!!!! Happy<\/p>\n
In the next days we have a article in a big turkish newspaper. Interview was Friday<\/p>\n
A friend of mine received in Jordan a peacebird, which I did. It was not planed, just by chance.<\/p>\n
