Report in english

Dear friends,
allready nearly 4 weeks on the peace pilgrimage. Is there anybody, how reads the english version of this blog. Please let me know, that you need to read verything in english, that I get motivated to write more.

Everybody is still invited to come with me, so that we can walk together for the next days, weeks or the next mounth.
Nearly everyday I found a privat place to sleep for the night.
Everyday I do the mindful walking, step by step, beeing in the moment.

In the first to weeks I had some problems with my feet and the right knee. After some acupuncture sessions everything is nearly fine again. Biggest problem has been, that I could not sit in the half lotus for meditation – it is also working again.

I have done allready closed to 400 km the past 4 weeks. All together since 2007 over 4.700 km. There are coming another 400 km this spring and 600 in autumn. All the rest for going around Germany and neighbour countries – next year – around 2000 km more.
